In 1988 we decided to start a swimming pool service company in the Redding,Ca. area. The first order of business was to come up with a name for that business. It was decided by Larry and Cherrel Kirkland (owners) to call it See Clear Pools.  We new that we had to offer something that customers wanted so Quality was our number one choice." We started moving forward with the business and with Larry being in pool construction after high school we decided to add construction to the list.
